We ship worldwide with the rates as above.

 

WHAT ABOUT DUTY TAX?

We ship our products from China. There are export tax (ship out of China), which we will bear fully, However, the import tax/duties, VAT (ship to your country) will be your responsibility pay.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED AFTER PURCHASING?

We prepare and ship out your orders on the our next 2 to 3 business day.

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES?

By default, all orders are ship from RedCloud Overall MFG Co. (Shenyang, China)

From picking up parcel to delivery on your doorstep, it will generally takes around 4 to 6 business days.

HOW DO I TRACK MY PURCHASED PARCEL?

You will receive an email notification when the purchased parcel is ready for pick up. In the email, you will find the Airway Bill for tracking.

WHAT IF I DO NOT RECEIVE MY PURCHASED PARCEL?

In this scenario, we appreciate if you can send us an email to communicate on this matter first. Give us a chance to track and find out the problem. Upon identifying the issue, we will take up the responsibility and do a full refund, if the lost parcel happens during shipping transition.
